Attorney Herman-Snyder is a skilled litigator with decades of experience in family law, custody, divorce, adoption, support and alimony. Attorney Herman-Snyder is also experienced in guardianship of the elderly and other individuals who require the appointment of a guardian. Practicing since 2003 in South Central Pennsylvania, Attorney Herman-Snyder is able to offer her clients her knowledge not only of the substantive law in these areas, but her knowledge and familiarity with the Court systems and local practices.
Attorney Herman-Snyder resides in Carlisle with her husband and their four children.

Amy Owen
ATTORNEY

Attorney Owen focuses on family and civil law where she is experienced in counseling clients in a variety of civil and family law matters including divorce, support, custody and general litigation. She also represents individuals and business entities in contract negotiations, civil litigation and employment matters. Attorney Owen has handled cases from inception through appeal and has achieved positive outcomes for her clients in Pennsylvania trial courts, intermediate appellate courts and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
Attorney Owen was recognized in 2019, 2020 and 2021 as a Rising Star in family law in the Pennsylvania edition of Super Lawyers. Pennsylvania Super Lawyers selects outstanding attorneys who have been identified as having attained a high level of peer recognition and professional achievement.
Before entering private practice, Attorney Owen clerked for the Honorable James P. Cullen of the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas where she gained experience in a wide array of civil and criminal cases and drafted judicial opinions for the litigants and appellate courts.

Cara A. Boyanowski

Immediately following her graduation from law school, Attorney Boyanowski quickly discovered she enjoyed representing clients in family law matters and helping her clients through some of their darkest moments.
Throughout her 30 years of practice, Attorney Boyanowski has represented her clients in a variety of family law matters, including but not limited to: divorce, custody, support, equitable distribution, alimony, step-parent adoptions and name changes.
Attorney Boyanowski is widely recognized for her zealous and effective representation of clients both in and out of the courtroom and decades of experience representing high net worth clients with complex family law matters.

Attorney Boyanowksi has written extensively for Woman's Magazine, Central PA Parent, Family Matter, PBA Family Lawyer and JD Supra as well as lectured for the PBI and NBI.
A central Pennsylvania native, Attorney Boyanowski resides in Harrisburg with her husband and three fur babies.

Theresa K. Weaver-Barbers
ATTORNEY
BIO
Attorney Weaver-Barbers focuses on family law and immigration law. She is experienced in representing clients in a variety of family law matters including divorce, support, and custody. She has also successfully represented many immigration clients in obtaining adjustment of status, naturalization, and fiancé visas, as well as in a variety of other immigration matters. Attorney Weaver-Barbers has practiced before Pennsylvania’s local county Courts of Common Pleas and the Pennsylvania Superior Court, and she has also practiced at the federal level, appearing before United States Citizenship and Immigration Services and various Immigration Courts, as well as in federal district court.
Attorney Weaver-Barbers was recognized in 2023, 2024, and 2025 as a Rising Star in family law in the Pennsylvania edition of Super Lawyers. Pennsylvania Super Lawyers selects outstanding attorneys who have been identified as having attained a high level of peer recognition and professional achievement.
Attorney Weaver-Barbers lives in Central Pennsylvania with her husband and her son. In her free time, she is an avid reader, and she enjoys taking classes to learn new skills, such as pottery, acting, and cake decorating.
